Modern Luxury - Ancient Charm

Noisette underwent extensive work August 2013 - April 2014. A new disabled access / low mobility 'wing' was added that boasts a large bedroom and attached wet room all on one level. Whilst this has been designed to be ideal for our older visitors it is also great for a family coming away as it can be used by parents to provide a little bit of luxury with its super-king size bed and own en-suite wet room.

Access to the cottage is either via the main front door, or there is a path and ramped access from the car park for wheelchair users. The disabled access room has its own doors out on the terrace and a short passageway that connects it to the kitchen. The rest of the ground floor is open plan with a brand new well equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. Upstairs there are the remaining three bedrooms and the family 'bathroom' Outside a new sun terrace has been installed, and there is access to the garden complete with original bread oven. A path leads out to the main grounds and the car park.

​The Cottage is equipped with free wifi, TV showing freesat (UK TV), wii games console, DVD player and ipod dock / radio.

Noisette Cottage is a spacious 4 bedroom cottage, full of charm and character, but with modern conveniences. The front of the cottage looks out onto the sunny sheltered courtyard with its soothing fountain, whilst to the rear is your sun terrace and private garden equipped with Barbecue and garden furniture, perfect for dining or drinks. There is a traditional stone bread oven in the Garden too. At the end of the garden your private space opens out onto the swimming pool and pool terrace and the boules court

In detail:

Open plan living - but with room for 'individual space' - ideal for family holidays all year round. The cottage has a light airy feel to the main living area thanks to large french doors that open out onto the sun terrace / outdoor dining area. The main living area is well equipped with TV, Freesat, DVD / CD player, Nintendo Wii. The focus of the room is a large chimney and inset wood burning stove. 

The kitchen area is well equipped with gas oven / Hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle as well as place settings for 8, including wine glasses etc. Wine and bottle openers along with pizza cutter etc are included.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and the family shower-room, whilst leading from the kitchen, is the 'low mobility' suite of bedroom and wet room that has is own doors onto the sun terrace.

A ramp leads up to the private garden including its own traditional bread oven.
