Pricing - Simple pricing
We have a simple pricing structure based on three bands - Peak / off-peak / September special
We include gas, water and wi-fi in our pricing. (note Taxe de Sejour is not included - see below).
We supply towels (except beach towels) and all bedding
Electricity - We include the following electricity in our pricing: up to 12kWhr per day (Neflier), up to16 kWhr per day (Chataigne) and up to 20 kWhr per day (Noisette). These are generous amounts - we have found most guests use far less than this!
We don't charge extra for pets (see terms and conditions for more details)
All our prices are in Euros € and we can take payment is pound sterling £ or in euros €.
We are a fully registered business in France (Siret No 7518953270029) and hold all payments in a separate account.
We take 25% at booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday starts.
Tax de sejour - 'tourist tax' - is used to develop resources for tourists in the area. Its a legal requirement in france and is paid on a per person per night for all guests aged 18 or older.
As our cottages are fully registered you pay a lower rate than non classified properties. The rates are as follows:
Nefflier - 1 euro per person per night
Noisette - 70 cents per person per night.
We collect payment on behalf of the local commune in cash on your arrival and will issue you with a receipt.
