Néflier Cottage is a very spacious 1 bedroom cottage, full of charm and character, but with modern conveniences. 
The front faces the Courtyard and to the rear is a private and very sunny terrace with Barbecue and garden furniture, perfect for dining or drinks. 
The cottage is ideal for couples or families with young children. It sleeps up 3 ( 2 adults and 1 child or 1 infant) 
The cottage is named after Néflier fruit tree in its garden - ideal for preserves and jams.

In detail:
 The spacious yet cosy Lounge Dining room retains its original oak beams, and has a feature stone wall. Doors lead to the courtyard, private garden and terrace area. Beyond the garden is parking and communal grounds. 

In the summer the spring and summer the large living room, with its french doors leading to the large patio, the hot-tub and the private garden make it an ideal place to relax and unwind, whilst in the autumn and the winter the wood-burning stove and carefully placed lighting combine to provide the perfect winter getaway for a romantic weekend, or a cosy family retreat. The bedroom is 5m x 7m, and has a King size bed, providing a luxurious hideaway for a couple. There is also a childrens bed or a cot.
